The Data Science and Business Intelligence (SDID) track offers a specialisation firmly oriented towards the processing, analysis and valorisation of large volumes of data (big data), as well as the development of intelligent applications. It trains professionals able to design data architectures, develop machine learning algorithms and deploy business intelligence solutions within organisations.
The curriculum spans the whole data chain: advanced programming (Python, R), advanced databases, information systems, numerical methods and operations research, along with leading-edge technologies such as deep learning, information security and systems engineering.
Combining integrative projects, hands-on workshops and industry internships, the track prepares graduates to work as data scientists, data engineers, BI analysts or IT project managers, in sectors as varied as finance, healthcare, industry and technology.
Careers
The track prepares students for roles as a data scientist, data engineer, BI developer, database administrator or IT project manager. Graduates join technology companies, large industrial groups, startups, finance, healthcare and public administration.
