The National Agency for Statistics and Demographic and Economic Analysis (ANSADE) held a presentation of its documentation and archiving centre at the Polytechnic Group, as part of closer cooperation between the Agency and national academic institutions.
The session was attended by the deputy commander of the Polytechnic Group, the director of the Higher Institute of Statistics and ANSADE staff, alongside a large turnout of the Institute's students.
The presentation covered the role of documentation and archiving in supporting the national statistical system, and the working methods used in the field. Students engaged closely with the material and the practical experience shared.
The meeting gave students a valuable first-hand view of how documentation and archiving work within national institutions, and of the support they provide to the national statistical system.
